Are preparations suitable for sensitive skin?
Review the complete ingredient list and patch test a small area before regular use. Sensitivities are individual. If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a skin condition, or concerned about a reaction, consult an appropriate clinician before use.
How do measured refills work?
Refills are prepared for the compatible permanent-glass vessel named on the product page. Clean and dry the vessel fully before refilling, and do not combine different formulas in the same container.
How should I store a preparation?
Keep the vessel closed, upright, and away from direct sun, heat, and humidity. Use clean, dry hands or the supplied measure. Follow any product-specific note printed on the label or product page.
When will my order be prepared?
Orders are usually prepared within two to three business days. Available delivery methods, current transit estimates, and charges are shown at checkout for your destination.
Can I return a preparation?
Unopened preparations may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened preparations are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Contact us before sending anything back.
